New Business Development Specialist

About the role:

  • business Development (70%) and Supporting the Sales Director in Key Account Management (30%)
  • identifying new potential business opportunities
  • implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • negotiating financial conditions and contracts
  • maintaining the account plan for each customer ensuring effective account management to achieve revenue growth
  • building relationships with current business clients, analyzing feedback, customer and project care (budget, team, identifying client needs)
  • recruiting employees for client’s teams

Essential skills:

  • excellent level of English and Polish is a must
  • at least 3 years of account manager and sales experience of services for B2B customers
  • being initiative, brave and willing to take risk
  • excellent work organization and time management
  • determination and consistency in achieving individual goals

It's awesome but not a must:

  • proven experience in IT sales and/or outsourcing
  • excellent presentation and communication skills
  • working knowledge of CRM, Office, Jira
  • experience in IT recruitment
